ORDERING & PAYMENT

Proper vehicle and/or product identification is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Proper inspection and fit of product prior to any and all alterations (eg. painting, priming, drilling, etc.) is solely the responsibility of the customer.  

Any alterations needed for proper fit and final assembly are solely the responsibility of the customer.

When delivery or shipping is involved a written order may be required.

Big Truck Hoods accepts the following forms of payment: Paypal, Comcheks,  business checks , and Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express).  Credit terms are offered to companies which qualify.

Our terms and conditions as stated herein supersede in their entirety any terms and conditions contained in order forms, customer purchase orders, or otherwise, unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.

Big Truck Hoods does its best to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.  Special ordered products will be shipped out as soon as product is delivered and available.



DAMAGE & RETURNS

All measures have been taken to ensure all products are properly packaged for shipping.

It is solely the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the products in original and good condition - Big Truck Hoods is not responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

If any part or piece of product or order is missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Big Truck Hoods immediately.

If any product or order is received as a damaged or opened package/crate/pallet/box, a full and thorough inspection of the contents is required and “DAMAGED” must be written on the delivery sheet, along with a full description of any and all damage.  Any damaged and/or opened products or orders that have been signed for without marking “DAMAGED” and a description on delivery sheet become the sole responsibility of the customer.

If damage is found after unpackaging of the merchandise, where applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Big Truck Hoods immediately, and within 5 days of the original delivery date.

Before returning any product, prior approval from Big Truck Hoods must be obtained.

No returned products without prior approval will be accepted.

Shipping methods of any returned products will be arranged by Big Truck Hoods.

Any returns for exchange, credit, or refund must be sent within 30 days after purchase.

Returns must have Return Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly written on outside of the box, pallet, or package.  To obtain RMA#, call 1-877-839-0159.

Any returns must state reason for return and condition of product.

Any return charges resulting from error in order or otherwise are the responsibility of the customer.

Any return charges resulting from error in shipping are the responsibility of Big Truck Hoods.

All original shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

For exchange, full credit, or complete refund, any products returned must be sent back in clean and original condition.  No credit or refund can be issued for special handling, freight or shipping charges, unless expressly stated by us.  Any return products must be packaged correctly to ensure no damage by shipping carrier and must be insured for its full value in case of damage/loss by shipping carrier, any of which will solely be the responsibility of the customer. Any damage of returned items as a result of improper packaging, may result in reduced or no credit or refund given.

Any cosmetic or structural alterations after purchase results in product non-refundability and  warranty voidness.

Any damaged products will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.  Big Truck Hoods reserves the right to change restocking fee without prior notice.

WARRANTIES

All new aftermarket Big Truck products are warranted by Big Truck Hoods to be free of defects in workmanship and material when shipped.

The length of all warranties is one year, and all warranties are limited to and not to exceed cost of defective product.

Warranty does not cover breakdown, malfunction, damage, or defect due directly or indirectly to the following:  

Incorrect installation or usage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, normal wearing, repairs, alterations, external causes, lack of maintenance, improper wiring, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, transportation expenses, lodging expenses, fuel expenses, lost revenue, loss or damage to personal property.

Big Truck Hoods cannot warranty cracks in gel-coating, known as spider cracking or starburst, because of the nature of open-molded fiberglass.

Caution is highly advised when utilizing forklifts to move products.

Big Truck Hoods is not responsible for reimbursement of any expenses involved in moving machinery to and from carrier vehicles or residences, or of any third party services or repairs.

Some products may be subject to manufacturer warranty only.  Any products covered only by manufacturer’s warranty must be returned directly to manufacturer for replacement or repair.  Manufacturers reserve the right to modify any specifications at any time without notice.

All used and OE factory take of products are sold “As Is”.

Under this warranty:

-Big Truck Hood’s liability shall, in no event, exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

-Big Truck Hoods shall, in no event, be liable for special, contingent, consequential, or incidental damages, or for death or injuries to persons or property as a result of usage of our products

- Big Truck Hoods does not warrant that products comply with the provisions of any electrical codes, laws, or acts.

- Big Truck Hoods does not warrant that products are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose

All other warranties that may be implied or expressed by law, for any particular purpose, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, are hereby limited to the duration of this warranty.

Any legal action brought against Big Truck Hoods shall be tried in the State of Indiana, County of Adams.
